I am a Retailer How can I place an order?
With our Product / Price list in hand let us know which items / amounts you would like to purchase! Minimum orders (not including tax and shipping): w/Shipping $2000 CAD / Local Pick Up $500 CAD. We will send you an Order Confirmation by email. Once you have confirmed your order you may pay you invoice via our secure website or e-transfer. What do I need to know when purchasing Antique or Vintage pieces? reclaimed furniture
All items we sell are antique or vintage - and are pre-owned. We expect buyers to understand that all pre-owned items will have signs of use and wear (that’s what gives them such wonderful character)!
We use our best knowledge to describe to you each product in detail. Before you make a purchase, please feel free to contact us if you need more information, additional photos, or have any questions regarding a product’s “particulars” such as colour, size, wear, and even original use!
Do you ship within Canada and the Continental USA? reclaimed furniture
Yes! We do! For orders within Canada and the Continental USA we will provide you with a custom shipping quote based on your order and delivery destination. The quote will include PACKAGING and SHIPPING. All Taxes, Duty, Brokerage, and other international fees are the responsibility of you the buyer. Please remember to carefully inspect your delivery and sign for it upon receipt.
Do you ship internationally? reclaimed furniture
Yes! We do! For orders outside of Canada and the Continental USA we will provide you with a custom quote for PACKAGING and SHIPPING! Please note that all prices will be in Canadian Dollars.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We will try to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 3 - 5 business days for smaller orders and within 5 - 7 business days for large orders. Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with shipping and tracking information.
What if my order arrives damaged or broken?
In the event of a loss on your insured item, please notify us within 24 hours and file an insurance claim. DO NOT RETURN the item to us, the carrier will need to inspect it on-site at your location. Keep the box and ALL packaging material for them to pick up. We will do everything necessary to expedite the claim. REFUNDS on losses are made ONLY AFTER we have received the insurance payment from the carrier or you have, and it can take up to 6 weeks. What is your return policy?
Our items are Antique or Vintage and are thus Pre-Owned. We expect our buyers to understand that all pre-owned items will have signs of use and wear (that's what gives them their character)! We use our best knowledge to describe each item on our website. Before you place an order feel free to contact us if you need more information, additional photos, or have any questions regarding the item or our service. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our return policy.

How to care for our unique pieces?
To keep your pieces looking their best, please consider the following important points:
The majority of our furniture and accessories come from Northern China which is similar in climate to Alberta. The area is dry with extreme temperature fluctuations. Summer can produce 40C degree weather while winter temperatures can drop to -20C degrees and there is very little precipitation. We have had very few problems with previously shipped items to the Calgary area.
Please remember that wood is a breathing material which contracts and expands as the temperature changes. It is recommended that you keep your piece in a stable temperature environment and away from air-conditioning units, fireplaces, heat vents, and windows.
Never use a household cleaner or any abrasive cleaner or cloth as this may stain or scratch your piece. Some pieces have been oiled and lightly waxed and should require only an occasional buffing with a dry soft cloth while others are sold in the state they were found. If you feel they require additional protection, please use an appropriate wax or oil on them.
When moving your piece do so by grasping and lifting the sturdiest part. Please remember that some of the pieces are delicate and should be treated as such.
