Question5: How to care for my piece?

To keep your piece looking its best, please consider the following important points.

Wood is a breathing material which contracts and expands as the temperature changes and cracks may appear. It is recommended that you keep your piece in a stable temperature environment and away from air-conditioning units, fireplaces, heat vents, and windows.

Never use a household cleaner or any abrasive cleaner or cloth as this may stain or scratch your piece. If you feel they require additional protection please use an appropriate wax or oil on them.

When moving your piece do so by grasping and lifting the sturdiest part. Please remember that some of the pieces are delicate and should be treated as such.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions concerning the care and maintenance of your piece. You can contact us by phone at 403-475-8814 during office hours or email us at anytime.
